KORG’s proprietary CMT technology faithfully reproduces the distinctive waveforms and filters, the custom LFO and envelope shapes, the many subtle nonlinearities, even the behavior of the patch panel – unlike any other 2600 software instrument. Thanks to this obsessive attention to detail, you can open the original ARP 2600 Patch Book (available as a free PDF on KORG’s website), hook up each of the 100 patches on screen, and they will sound just like an authentic ARP 2600 – something that no other 2600 plug-in can do.

Is this "library" included in the 5.0.5 Korg collection?

If it was included in the collection by R2R it shouldn't be available as a separate download so no, probably not included, if you download the collection you will read on txt file that there's other libraries too to download separately, KORG EP-1 Library and KORG VOX Super Continental library.

I don't understand why they don't make a one-line-readme with the path to where is has to be copied.

Copy libraries for this and Ep1 and Vox Super Continental to C:\Users\Public\Documents\KORG\*\.... in the corresponding directories..

You drag the contents to the appropriate place (the default folder where it be looking for them will be given to you, and you create it there) upon instantiating the instrument for the first time after authorizing with the R2R Keygen.... :)

There's no default folder per se. Just place the extracted contents wherever you want, then run the plugin and it will prompt on first launch for the library location.

i created a folder called "KORG" inside the path that the arp reccomended when i loaded it.
then copied the arp 2600 folder into that folder i created.
it crashed cubase 13,restarted cubase,loaded arp 2600 and cubase immediately crashed
