add the path to the library. mine is located in F:\audio\GForce\M-Tron Pro IV\M-Tron Pro Library
click select folder button
click the little x under the G letter of the GF logo

Yep - all libraries are exactly the same. You just install the executable and it finds the libraries from the previous version - no need to re-install or do anything :)

No need to copy the library to another location so that the update doesn't overwrite it with nothing? Had that issue recently doing a Superior Drummer 3 update. Only had a couple of EZX extensions so need big deal, but with the M Tron I've got a huge library of extensions, all the Streetly extensions, ton of other things, etc, which would make them being overwritten with nothing from an update a lot more problematic.

I have the same situation as you, all on an external drive. After installing MTPIV, it found my library/extensions no problems, and I now see a MTPIV library in the list of presets.. Previous plugin version also operational.

How frustrating after spending all that time and effort downloading and unraring .
Funny, I just installed the 1.0 version of M-Tron a couple of days ago and it works perfectly.
I miss the old days when you could just plug in and play.

iso wont extract : means you have them all.
if all are same size except last = ok
when you open the rar, when you see other rar, extract them instead of navigation into it, reopen the new rar files, and extract again.
aslo make sure to use file path that are not too long, since some folder uses the long filename (brand+plugin+version+team) of the plugin

All the "part.x" files have to have the same name, with exception of part number of course. Otherwise it won't recognize all the parts. They should all be the exact same size (700mb) except for the last one.

Does anyone know where the free libraries for IV are? The list of missing is below. I already tried looking at the demo installer and they were not there.
