RET's keygen have issues with some OS. For example, I could easily authorise RET's Gadget 2.7 version but was unable to do the same for Gadget 3 no matter what. If you search older releases you will see that other people had similar issues. R2R's way works perfect for me

Or you can go back 25 years and make a batch on your desktop to disable and enable your internet ethernet connection....which still works to this day.

Enable batch :

@echo on
netsh interface set interface "Ethernet" ENABLED
Rem Ethernet is your main internet connection name or change to match

Disable batch :
@echo on
netsh interface set interface "Ethernet" DISABLED
Rem Ethernet is your main internet connection name or change to match


PS: Run these batches as admin

No need to pull your ethernet cable or silly switch boxes.

I have the same problem. Previous versions of the Software Pass installed fine, but this one is hanging after apparently successful KG authorization. Quitting and rebooting it also produces an endless progress bar. Using AppCleaner, restart and clean install still produced the same results. Any idea what is causing this hanging? Mac Studio M1 Max 64GB Ventura v13.5.

There are multiple ways. Yours is the Microsoft way, explained to you when you ask this question to a MS tech on that MS forum. Making yourself a set of batch files saves you a couple of click, not much but hey, a mouse button also have limited clicks until it stops clicking these days. When the little ball inside got tossed for a high DPI infrared sensor unfortunately the 100 mln. clicks till MBoD (mouse button of death) also went to 1 mln. clicks.

You can also press "Win-Key + A" and click on Flight mode (in the lower right corner pop-up). This is my way of killing all of my Communication devices (WiFi/Ethernet/Bluetooth). Not that good if you use Bluetooth Keyboard/mouse though. Nonetheless, if you connected your Bluetooth keyboard and mouse with the supplied cord, just as I always do for different valid reasons, this will get you two clicks less. Unless you have configure single click = double click but in the world has that configured???

Thanks for this release, I was looking forward to trying it but seem to not understand how this works.
I used the other exe to get it authorised (with the keygen), but then there is a screen says "your items" with nothing on the screen and a button "register new product" - takes you to another key entering page.

Am I missing something, how to I access the collection or get synths installed? :)

I've experimented something simmilar in M1 Monterrey, I don't know if this will help you, but I've solved it once tryed to launch every keyboards in trial mode. Then I've restarted the validation process & the keyboards appeared in the activator.
