Is there some trick to R2R keygen? I'm running the keygen on Crossover/Catalina. But it wants to save the generated key to a PC desktop. If I save, it doesn't exist. Have to run keygen on a PC?

The keygen should bring up a prompt asking you where to save the generated license. If so, you first pick "My Computer". There should be a list of drives. Pick the "Z" drive (the Mac's drive), then cycle through "Users", where you pick your Mac user-name drive folder, then the "Desktop" folder inside of that ... and it should save the license to your Mac desktop. I don't know how Crossover works, but that's definitely how it works in Wine (and how this keygen works in Wine specifically, as I've just done it).

If for some reason, you can't do it this way, just save the license to the "PC desktop". You should then be able to quit out of the keygen, double-click on your hard drive icon, go into "Users", then into your user name's folder and see if you can find your "Crossover" folder there. You may have to open a few more folders after that to find the "Desktop" folder, but the license will be there. Alternately, you can sidestep both methods, generate your license, then just do a search of your entire computer for the file named "Hyperion.tracktionkey".

By the way, working great here in Mojave, though the instructions -- specifically, where the "machine number" is -- could have been a little clearer. Easy enough to figure out, though, and it all works.

you can also search for your virtual C drive within the wine prefix folder. and find the desktop there
