never heard of this one.. and am enjoying this one a lot so far. some really nice presets, seems it can do just more than the usual granulating, but also lofi distortions, vibrators, choruses, weird glitches. i like that its always recording a bit of audio which you can drag into your daw (bottom right, just to the left of the url in the plugin ui) thanks team sea slugs!!

For some reason I was thinking of searching for some granular and this just popped up. Thank you very much. Worst case this has a nice waveform viewer

I mean, high CPU is essentially unavoidable when you have as many grains as this plugin allows. Most granular plugins limit the grains fairly low to avoid CPU hogging, but this allows much more than normal. That being said, it still doesn't use that much CPU on my fairly low end system.

As a longtime lurker I actually created an account for this comment.

I checked out the Imagiro website and found this bio, which made me realize that this is just one guy, trying to make a living:

"imagiro (...) lives in his computer. he likes being creative while on his computer, and miraculously makes a living doing so.

(...) if you have any questions about plugins, music, or you just want to chat, you can send me an email"

I'll probably get flak for posting this, because it's already understood - but just as a reminder, do consider investing in software if you find it useful and can afford the price tag ($40 in this case).

I bought his piano after waiting for it to pop up here and never did. Probably one of the best investments I've made in the past year. Seriously... of course we should support all developers if we could/can, but I'm seriously recommend supporting him.

By far my favorite granular VST. I can't tell you how many granular effects processors there are that either do too much, too little, or combinations of the two. This has EXACTLY the features I want in a granular plugin with no less no more. The UI is also great & intuitive to boot. To top it off, there's 3 layers of processing you can do.
Will be buying legit. Wouldnt've found this if it weren't posted here. Thx
