you could actually download the trial version, 2.8.1 from Plugin Boutique and use the same reg file as in the previous R2R 2.7.0 release.

And the key still gets extracted even if .rar is damaged, if you don't have access to previous R2R release....

or just use TCD's cracked 2.8.1.
