It's a different beast. Keyscape's an actual instrument that was tuned and sampled, with added FX to emulate iconic produtions of the 70s and 80s. The FX are excellent, the presets are spot on, and the parameters to adjust them are intuitive and judicious.
Lounge Lizard is a modeled, virtual animal - like Pianoteq. It's very flexible, has tons of parameters. Does the job excellently.

I grew up with a Stage 73 in my room, so my preference goes toward sampled instruments. The modeling instruments are great in a mix, for sure, and can fool many ears. But playing the instrument alone, on its own, noodling around, I never fire up the Lounge Lizard or Pianoteq's (also excellent Rhodes) models. I invariably go for Keyscape's. Last time I fired up Lounge Lizard was just out of curiosity, to run through the presets and play with the parameters, not to play it for pleasure.
That said, it's a professional sounding instrument, and if someone said, "Play this!" and I didn't have my laptop with me in the studio, I would without hesitation.
