Overloud DOPAMINE is the emulation of two classic tape encoding processors, used as enhancers.

It is designed to revive individual tracks as well as complex mixes while preserving their natural tone. Yo, that's dope.

Want to save a helluva space? All the Gems use the same .pdf User Manual. Pick the latest in the Gem folders here, as source: C:\ProgramData\Overloud

Delete all the other .pdfs in the other Gem folders, then proceed to drop a symbolic link to replace them.

Use EQP for source, as that has same revision number as latest, but actually has EQP while others do not.

The way I do it is just put the newest always at C:\ProgramData\Overloud and then place symbolic links based on the .pdf at that directory, itself.

I block overloud url . make the serial file with the serial maker, copy it to Library/Application Support/Overloud/GEMS . but when i open plug in in Ableton it asked for Registration ?? What i make wrong ? Mac adress is to long ??

that's also a negative. these are modelled after the Dolby A boxes. They were noise reduction units, so basically companders, but engineers realized if they use them in an unorthodox way, meaning "half of the compander process" they can utilize them as a sort of a exciter/ enhancer, whatever. So it was a happy accident but they were not build as exciters or saturators or whatever buzz words are now in style.

Bud, I know all that...the history lesson is redundant. The point of the plugin is as you also said "they can utilize them as a sort of a exciter/ enhancer". It is classified as an enhancer. use little snitch or and LULU (free)
do NOT restart your computer with wifi on, if your computer restarts shut the wifi off in your house, cause during the reboot all the OSCP info gets shared with apple and every developer, its a trick...little snitch and Lulu are not active during boot, so your not protected.

I use Little snitch and this isn't true in my case.
I leave wifi on if I need to reboot and there's no problems using little snitch with overloud plugins.

Edit your hosts file:
-in terminal digit: sudo nano /private/etc/hosts
-enter your OS password
-write (or copy and paste) at end:
127.0.0.1 www.overloud.com

-Reboot
