HAAVE is an EQ with a few tricks up its sleeve. You have the possibility to either boost or cut the EDGE / transient of the sound, a SOFT version of the signal, or the TAIL of the signal. What this means is you are able to get your percussion to smack or even compress at a specific frequency area. The low and high ends have a selection switch between a BAND and a SHELF, while the mid bands are fixed.
Each band also includes a control for fine tuning the TIME component of the transient capture, as well as a blend in the middle position of the character knob for a more SOFT sound. In addition there is of course the MID-SIDE and STEREO modes, as well as the BALANCE knob for varying the blend between the channels.
