Yeah, these guys seem like legit dudes with a pretty good grasp on the current company and musician/producer relationship; as mentioned on the site, it's partially a social experiment.
I stole this plugin (I'm not on Odd-E-Oh-Zee because I'm broke from putting in a second in-ground pool on my vast estate, just plain ol' broke,) but I like the fact that, if I do like it (and I do buy plugins that I use, when I can afford them,) I can also pay on a sliding scale. Honestly? I think that they'll make more money and gain more loyal buyers than they would selling the plugin at, say, 50% cheaper than it is now at a static price. Plus, if you steal it, you don't get any updates, which I think is a much better deal than getting a 14-day-and-it-dies (horribly, in their case, ) trial run. I think it's smart.
Thanks again for the up. I don't always have the time to scour the web for the latest, audio trinkets, toys & tools, so your consistent posts are appreciated.
