mine is not showing in/out gain for individual bands,

Looks lke the screenshot is from an older build probably. The build date is the same then the one from Xfers site (2015) which is the current version and does not have an inout gain for single bands.

Since the black threshold bars in the middle are (now) variable, an input knob is obsolete, since lowering the threshold yields kind of the same result as driving the input into a fixed threshold.
