I noticed my TB reverb (4.1.1) is telling me there's a newer version (4.1.2)available. Anyone know if these plugs will disable themselves without some sort of phone home block?

I have Windows firewall and pretty much don't fool with it. I also run Avast and Malwarebytes. For a few plugs, I've gone into the hosts file to prevent some from phoning home, but only when the release gives explicit instruction to do so. I don't make a habit of it. I wonder if I should look into a third party firewall although never felt I needed one. Malwarebytes seems pretty amazing as it blocks a lot. I figure if I block all the plugs then I would not be able to visit the Devs sites. How do others handle this?

I use the free TinyWall FW as I want to manage what is blocked, what isn't it, and how, with a clear, simple, very practical access to it.

To this day, none of the TB plugins has ever called home / been able to call home.

IMHO, you should NOT let Window's FW in the background setup it's own choices.

Malwarebytes is useless in this situation as it doesn't contain a FW.

Keygen "ToneBoosters_KeyGen.exe" doesn't work from R2R !
After trying to press "Generate", an error occurs: Error 38.
I'm using Windows 10 Build 1803.

You are not alone, had/have same error with the previous/current release from R2R on this bundle. The keygen is shown as for 32bit bundle while R2R pack installs only 64 bit version. I am getting same Error 38 as you are with Windows 10 x64 bit. Hoping someone with more technical prowess on this issue, will help us poor souls.

Edit: For anyone having same issue as mine, I have solved this by downloading older R2R KG version (1.1.4), this particular version worked flawlessly for my system.

- Where have you found that it's for 32 bit bundle ?
- The R2R pack can now only install 64 bit versions as the 32 bit ones have been discontinued by TB since the previous update.

The Captcha on PeepLink is basically just moving a slider. Furthermore, it's enabled for so called audioz mirror only, no links by DECiBELLE.

If you're talking about reCAPTCHA here on AZ just login to make it go away.

I've been doing a comparison of compressors today, and surprisingly I found TB BusCompressor extraordinarily nice and transparent. However, Voxengo Marquis Compressor beat it for bus duties. Yes, I've tried Waves, too... nothing special. Now I wish I compared Klanghelm ones, too. Nothing beats your own A-B comparison. You should all do it at some point to get rid of the surplus plugins you don't really like nor need. They just get in the way.

These are top notch plugins, guys. The limiter is one of the best, and the tape emulation, too. Jeroen knows his shit well.
