Long time has past since the last release of Overloud plugins and not much do we get - smallest update but we now get keygened complications and probably slower loading because of the new protection. I wish R2R whom I respect immensely would rather take up a bigger challenge and forget all these minor updates - there is no use of them anyway. I am still using TH2 because it is better than TH3 - I cannot forgive Overloud for succumbing to 'god knows what' and removing the preset browser that was the best part of the TH2 software. This is where team R2R differs most from AiR - to many updates not many large more important softwares - I am using cubase 8 elements V.R because it is overall best from what is available for free - any money I have I invest in 'hardware' - because I am yet to find version of audioz for free hardware downloads!

It works on Windows no issue I Just authed all overloud plugs I just downloaded using r2r keygen. Pull request file to desktop and load in keygen then drag the file generated right on the folder icon on bottom of auth page that comes up.

Works fine.
You have to drag and drop the file right on the folder icon at the bottom of the window and not just anywhere in the registration window.
Loading live takes longer than usually until you restart.
Then all seems to be OK.

I was tring to reg in standalone ........ that doesn't work. Works fine in DAW reg.

At first I had the same errors described here.
But I generated a second license request file in another folder, and then everything went fine.
Try to generate your request file in a folder that is not R2R folder...

1. Are you on Mac or PC?
2. Did you register the plugin(DAW) or the standalone?
3. Did you run the answer to #2 as administrator?
4. Did you run the keygen as administrator?
5. Did you create a new folder or use a pre-existing "non-R2R" folder?
6. Where was the folder(desktop, another drive, etc.)?

I am using a firewall , ZoneAlarm Free, that block my DAW and any connection coming from it, including vst.

@ Olymoon - Copying everything you did STILL did not work for me. If I knew what a "HDD Hash" was, I'd just try to manually enter my MAC address and the HDD Hash into the damn keygen. I've been at this for hours and I'm exhausted. Going to bed.

@ Everyone - I'd like to analyze a SUCCESSFUL request file AND license so if someone who has a PC and got this to work will send them to me, my email is [email protected]. Thanks in advance.

I suppose that you have been using the installer provided by R2R?
Not overloud's one?

And that you 've followed this part of the instruction:
1.Uninstall previous versions.
If you need cleaning,
remove %APPDATA%\Overloud\(ProductName)

There are many ways to "disconnect totally from the Internet" with different results. You can pull out your Ethernet cable thereby physically disconnecting you from your wired connection. You can disconnect from your wireless connection through the operating system. You can disconnect from your wireless connection by physically removing the USB wireless adapter or NIC card. You can disable the wired OR wireless network adapter through the operating system. You can use a software firewall. And so on.

Just launched the keygen, didn't do anything else and my firewall said "This app try to use your keyboard and your ethernet card" ummmh... Not safe at all.

I hate to call a person a LIAR and this MIGHT work on a Mac(I DOUBT it though), but if you change the file type from .or2 to .ol2 ON A PC, the keygen won't even SEE the file so you did NOT successfully register the plugin using THIS method on a PC.
