Native Instruments Expansions Pack v2.0.0/v2.0.1 ISO screenshot
Audioz | 10 Jun 2018 | WIN OSX | Total Size: 45.64GB
Today Native Instruments releases Expansions. Based on the acclaimed MASCHINE Expansions series, these 50+ genre-based sound packs contain everything a musician needs to create a full track in a specific style. From preloaded drum kits to specially-designed synth presets, construction kits, samples, and song patterns, Expansions have been designed to fully integrate with a range of popular NI products, including MASCHINE, BATTERY 4, MASSIVE, MONARK, and REAKTOR PRISM.

About Expansions:
More than just samples and loops, each Expansion equips musicians with all the necessary tools to build a track in a specific genre, from start to finish. This includes:

- Pre-assembled drum kits for MASCHINE and BATTERY 4. This is the first time that Native Instruments has released new drum kits for BATTERY. Every kit is tagged and color-coded for clear, intuitive browsing, and MASCHINE kits come pre-mapped and enhanced by MASCHINE’s acclaimed FX chains.
- New synth presets for MASSIVE, MONARK, and REAKTOR PRISM. These provide genre-specific sounds like deep basses, lush pads, and razor sharp leads, without the need for expert programming.
- Construction kit loops, samples, and one-shots. Coming in WAV format and compatible with any DAW, construction kits work as versatile creative building blocks. Samples and one-shots slot into any sampler and are 100% royalty free.
- Pre-made MIDI patterns and FX chains for MASCHINE. Using Expansions with MASCHINE gives even more flexibility . Pre-made patterns act as editable construction kits, allowing users to make them their own on the fly, for super-quick creativity. Plus, FX chains allow users to dial in a genre-specific feel at the turn of a knob.

Huge thanks to the supplier of the new v2 Expansion ISO's, who wishes to remain anon

I recently owned KOMPLETE ULTIMATE because I bought a KOMPLETE KONTROL keyboard and decide to take advantage of the discount but never installed. This expansions might work with no problem with my legit KOMPLETE ULTIMATE? Is there some kind of protection?

After listening to demos, most of these sound like trash.
  Member 5.02.2016 55
I'm VERY inclined to agree. I had ALL of the exp. for Maschine and in the end...I just got bored. Because in truth, these are all something someone ELSE did, you're just "remixing" and "re-arranging" to your liking. However, I am grateful for the time and effort that was put in these in order for us to enjoy. Thanks for the opportunity.

Co-Sign. The Basement Era Expansion for example is trying to emulate 90s New York Hip Hop. And the first Demo Song is basically a super lame cover of Gang Starr's classic "Mass Appeal". Embarrassing...
Besides that, I'd say, if you go for a certain genre you can definitely use some of the drums and some of the massive presets in the expansions.

I am totally blow away thanks so much for this.

People calling these bad are delusional, each pack is curated by a different person/company that has already proven themselves as great producers, engineers and sound designers

People just love to hate on NI for some reason but eat up anything made by the same company that produced the product for NI

I am not in expert in ALL Genres, but I can tell you that in the genre of Hip-Hop Production I know 3 great Expansion (Amplified Funk, Prospect Haze and Basement Era), but the rest that tries to emulate either West Coast (Marble Rims), Atlanta (Headland Flow), East Coast (Golden Kingdom, Queensbridge Story, Vintage Heat) are just TRYING to sound hip-hop without actually having what is needed to BE Hip-Hop. I produce Beats for 20+ years now and I'm pretty sure I am not delusional...

I'm into trance and don't know shit about hip hop. But I know logic. First you told us , and i quote :
quote by IonnoCo-Sign. The Basement Era Expansion for example is trying to emulate 90s New York Hip Hop.

That does not sound like a compliment. "Trying" like in "failing"

Then you say :
quote by Ionno I know 3 great Expansion (Amplified Funk, Prospect Haze and Basement Era), but the rest that tries to emulate either West Coast...blah blah blah.

Then also according to you, it's a "great expansion" compared to those who (again) fail to... Care to elaborate on that paradox ?

You do realise Queensbridge Story is made by Havoc who is hugely successful as a producer in the hip hop world working with the likes of Kanye West and Jay Z, no further explanation needed.

Vintage heat is made by Goldbaby who's drum samples are often considered the best of the best in terms of raw drum machine samples and I've seen being used in professional productions.

Finally Golden Kingdom is made by Snipe Young who is a very successful Engineer and sound designer who has worked with big artists such as Nicki Minaj and Chris Brown amongst others and does this full time.

They are all very good expansions with some very good and useful samples, considering the fact the sounds in these packs are what is actually used in actual successful music I think I'll take their expertise and experience over the opinion of some guy in an audio piracy sites comment section

Thank you Cashmeeere I couldn't have said it better.

"I produce Beats for 20+ years now and I'm pretty sure I am not delusional..." Ionno
I wouldn't admit that after your previous statement, he sounds quite delusional and don't even realize it.

Just be aware that this contains 45 fantastic expansions, but there are 54 expansions available in total, so it doesn't cover all of them.
  Resident 26.06.2017 167
i need a torrent hehe. this is too many files. anyone?

nm I give up. you need the original 1.0 installs for these to work and Im not going to go look for all of those as well. thanks anyhow
  Member 2.04.2014 8
I suppose that for Win adding the 1.0 expansions you dont have to the registry will do the trick to install the 2.0+ expansions afterwards. Like the registry fix from NI-r2r update releases, so you could install the update without a previous installation. Unfortunately I have all 1.0 expansions installed so i cant test.
Think it must look like this for Byte Riot as an example:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Native Instruments\Byte Riot]
"ContentDir"="C:\\Users\\Public\\Documents\\Byte Riot Library\\"

I was told if you have battery you can the sounds seperately as if they were a wav drum pack. ( I have to comfirm tho )

and also when you go in to the folders of the iso I was told that the drums are categroized in to kicks snares etc. So if you dont already have the drum sound the expansions may be of some use outside of just remixing/rearranging...
Extremely grateful for this community.
