From R2R info notes:

Guda Audio KeyGen Release

The recent version of Guda Audio products scans hosts.
If it detects 127.0.0.1 for the hosts, product gets deactivated.

1.Your hosts file must not have the line
"127.0.0.1 virtual.gudaaudio.com".
Remove the line if you did hosts modification in the past.

2.You need to block to the access to
"virtual.gudaaudio.com".
For windows, you can use *.cmd hosts patch included.

I have yet to get a Guda Audio plugin to work except EuterpXL because of the host file issue and I am not going to work offline for this software. It's also why I don't use Tone2 stuff. There are much better plugins out there anyhow that can run circles around these. Not worth the trouble

remove per complete the VST
block Studio one with firewall > (rule of entry and rule of exit) for total block
Install again VST
registre with Your email and key
and go party xD

only works if you block the internet connection to your daw
because this vst scan the internet connection through daw
