Hi Guys,
A disaster happened here ....
I just installed this library (HB V + Pigment + Synth V + Augmented) and now it doesn't see any presets of any instrument: Key V collection, Pigment, Augmented and Synth V collection,
Until this installation everything worked fine.
Does anyone have an idea of what could have happened?
What can I do?

On Windows: delete the file: db.db3
following this path: C:\ProgramData\Arturia\Presets

Yes it's often the case: the database file named "db.db3" has to be rebuilt to take into account the new presets banks.

But i noticed that team V.R updates the db.db3 at the end of each of their installation procedure, so i didn't have to delete and rebuild this time.
