I never download anything from these new names, because it's mostly someone else's work repacked. Pknr I trust, because I did my vetting and know they're the originator of this work. It really is too bad, that we're not getting some stuff because of this shit. As a broke musician it would be awesome to get all the latest and greatest tools on the Mac side, like they often do on the WIn side. But repacking happens in all the sharing scene, whether it's movies or whatever, some people just can't help themselves for being greedy and lazy.

Though the legends have taken their places in the scene by sharing something no one else have. So there's multiple ways to think about whether it's a good or a bad idea to share. I personally don't really see you're losing anything by sharing your work. But I get that it pisses one off when someone else tries to steal your thunder. Don't let these things get you down, you have accomplished something only a few have been able to do. And you deserve all the respect for that.

And without the willingness to share with others and provide help, this community would not be able to thrive... It is this generosity of spirit and desire to contribute to the common good ...

I prefer to defend ideas rather than individuals, and I prioritize the sense of community. People are thirsty for knowledge and resources, and if there's something to share, we are eager to receive it. But just because people are thirsty doesn't mean that someone with a pool should charge us to drink... The members of this community carefully analyze situations and know exactly what's happening... If you want to be a leader, learn from others, and more importantly, learn from the best .. not out of jealousy, but out of respect.

yes, they are rar files...which is to say, it is 1 large file split up and compressed into many smaller files (rar1, rar2, rar3, etc). you need to have them all to extract the final file.
