Which version is the last known stable one without all the fuckeries that come with it ?
Since V7 I'm unable to play my libraries without it turning to demo 15 minute into a session.

Strange Kontakt behaviors are reported by many over here, I can't say strictly what's going on, but I would suggest to have installed the last Edge WebView & VC 2015-2022 runtimes. About the VC 2015-2022 we've gotta take care while installing, 'cause those .exe are made for both uninstall/install actions, so look into your installed runtimes after run them. If that doesn't help, a deep Kontakt uninstall through Revo, includin' make a back up of your current NativeAccess.xml & the Ni Resources folder located in C:\Users\Public\Documents, before wipe those files. Also, before install v7.10.6, get this NativeAccess.xml, I suggest this particular .xml (I've edited yesterday, contains the latest UUID libraries) 'cause helped me 100% about the "broken gui" suffered by many of us with the Talula's upload of *Spitfire Audio MG - Soft Acoustic Guitar* library, released by the ViP Team. After install v7.10.6, I suggest to place the .xml in the right place, & the *Add Library.exe* to get every sounds working again.

Decided to revert back to the latest Kontakt 6 release. Hopefully someone will eventually crack V7 or even V8 properly in the future. Until then it'll be V6 as there's no weird behaviour happening and it's actually a stable proper install.

Very odd with this release. Kontakt crashes regularly in both standalone & VST3. It takes several attempts to open the standalone sometimes. I've deleted all cache files, rebuilt databases & even reinstalled it several times. Still the same results. I dont believe this is Bobs fault. Wondering if anyone might have anymore ideas how to prevent Kontakt from crashing, especially as VST3.

Just installed and working great for me Cubase 13 Pro and Windows 11.
I was using Portable before.
Make sure your NativeAccess(dot)xml at C>Program Files>Common Files>Native Instruments>Service Center gets overwritten with bobdules xml latest included in installation
I am not running DAW as Admin
Not sure if required but make sure you have all relevant Microsoft Visual C ++ Redistributable and WebView2 Runtime.

In Kontakt (standalone) go in the file - Options - Engine
Change Multiprocessor to disabled, restart,
then open Kontakt up again, change it back to 16 cores. Now close.
Open in Cubase, and No more D3d11 crashing, even when opening up multiple instances.

Someone responded:
I believe the advice is to configure multiprocessing in either Cubase or Kontakt, but not both.
In Cubase | Studio setup | Audio System tick Multi Processing
… and in the Kontakt plug-in, File | Options: turn off Multiprocessor Support

Mine are both on Kontakt 6 Cores (on) Cubase 13 Activate Multi Processing (ticked)

Hey guys, i just bought an s49 keyboard but I need to download native access in order to register it. I'm using Kontakt 7 from bobdule. Is there a way to register my keyboard using the native access provided by bobdule or do I have to download the latest from NI, then reinstall the bobdule version? I'm assuming that by installing NIs software I'll overwrite bobdule's and my Kontakt 7 won't work anymore. Thanks!

I know K8 is out, but any chance we can get the latest Kontakt 7.10.7 from you Bob? πŸ™ Seems to be the last update for K7 and a massive improvement in terms of performance (and K8 still has some major problems which prevents me from upgrading fully to it).
