Im testing with R2R Silk Emulator , Cubase 13.0.40 running ,
Cubase 13.0.40 windows version , bugs :
Shortcuts not working
can't moving Midi region and waves to left and right
some vst's not working
spectrasonics products sometimes working sometimes not working (R2R Latest Release)

I can't imagine that this is a problem with the emulator. Without knowing for sure: If the emulator works, the program will start. If it does not work, Cubendo will not start. But the emulator doesn't affect individual functions of the program or individual VST plug-ins.

For me, the R2R emulator works perfectly as always. The shortcuts also work without any problems (even newly created commands). Moving events (waves) is also no problem.

Yes true , these problem retaled to this version of cubase 13.0.40 , in macOS working great !
So windows version not stable than previous release
Also i installed vr patch , not difference , same bugs
Maybe these bug related to omnisphere 2 crack ?

I do not have Omnisphere installed, so I cannot answer that. I can only tell you that I have not experienced any of the problems you describe. And no one in the Steinberg forum has reported such problems in conjunction with the current update.

Unfortunatly it didn't work for me, "no valid license found. the program will quit now"

For this to work I had to copy "%COMMONPROGRAMFILES%\Steinberg\TEAM R2R\license-engine-access.dll" "%COMMONPROGRAMFILES%\Steinberg\Activation Manager\license-engine-access.dll"
If you don't have Activation Manager installed you have to make the folder Activation Manager and paste the R2R Silk Emulator inside it.

Since the releases of R2R are instructed to use the silk emulator, by moving the SILK emulator by R2R to the factory location it work fine.

So it does work. Regarding the comment above about spectrasonics products. I haven't experienced any problem with these specific vsts. it's probably happening for this user only. Thank you boots64 for recommenting to confirm that it works.

As you have already written: The R2R emulator still works fine. (Why would Steini suddenly change something in the middle of a release cycle?)

By the way: Since Cubendo can't be installed without the Activation Manager and the Library Manager, I leave both programs on my computer so that I don't have to reinstall them with every update. I even allow my Nuendo to access the Internet. And I've never had a problem. That shows how good the emulator is.

Okay, I take back the warning. With this trick, it works for me too, and I don't get the license error. Shortcuts are also working on my end. I'll report back if anything seems off.

Can you please tell from which folder/ Directory i need to copy the file and also the destination folder/ Directory.
I uninstalled the last version (13) and installed this but not working for me.
Update: found the file and done accordingly. Cubase started instantly. Thanks.
