Guys, be very careful! The loud white noise was really loud, and can cause big damage to hearing and listening systems. So don't use it for the moment, at least not in this state.

Thanks for the warning. I always appreciate TeamCub releases as they always release as well plugins that you thought you'll never see them here. But often with little bugs for hard to get plugins. And sometimes really works

i dont exactly remember but i think the first vesion didnt give me timebomb too. i think it started with trying the demo that i read here in a comment should fix the problem. but i think for me it started it. i then deeply cleaned everything went back to the first version. but still timebomb. but ive read comments that had timebombs with the first version too with a clean install and demo ever installed. so idk. i guess its tricky..

I've never experience the loud burst even once, only the black screen so far but these warnings today seems like it's really dangerous. I've been using it for 4 hours now, but it just stay there in the stereo bus but now im getting nervous and I think it's evil doing something like that but Reaper has auto mute to block burst like that. How about other DAW ?

EDIT : I just let the GUI open and finally get a taste of that loud burst. It's fucking loud. I prepared with double limiter plugins doing nothing that manage to block the volume. I work at -14db calibration so just shit tons of distortion (from the limiting) and doesnt feel that loud burst. Judging from that much amount of distortion, it probably super loud that it could blow up a speaker if you work at high SPL. Fucking asshole motherfuckers this developer. Dont buy his shit.

Hi and welcome to TCD tech support.

If you experience issues whit God Particle (that nobody else doing a clean install has) please uninstall your cradle app if you use it. Its not even needed with TCD patched versions.

Uninstall God particle. Use a uninstaller that removes all traces.

Remove everything from folder: C:\Users\YOURNAME\AppData\Local\Cradle
Remove snapshots from C:\Users\YOURNAME\Music\Cradle\The God Particle
Remove all previous installed demo or cracked God Particle.vst3 or .aax files that probably is floating around somewhere on your pc. (do a .vst3 or .aax search)

Reinstall TCD version.

There is absolutely not any sort of white noise or blackscreen when we tested. (Everything is pre-tested on clean machines)

I use this plugin too much, and install/reinstall for quite a few times for the past couple of years, I know all those folders and deleted/cleaned it all up except for my user presets before installing this version earlier. Black screen on the first 30 minutes and just now get a loud burst for the first time for letting the GUI open for approx 30 minutes. I went to someplace else with speaker turned off and let the DAW run so cant tell the exact minute it triggers the loud burst.

i really doubt that nobody with a clean install has to deal with these timebombs. it was said in previour releases too that a clean install would not have this behaviour but members stated otherwise who never had installed anything from cradle before.

Also i also did exactly as you said removed everything with revo uninstaller and followed to check everything you stated. (didnt have any cradle app installed) then installed this version again. but still encountered the (time) bomb..

i will try to install this version on a vanilla system with nothing from cardle ever installed before and let you know how it worked out.


btw. Its the same thing with all your Nuro Audio plugins (latest versions too) but there it is switched. those plugins (time)bomb after a while when you close the gui with Sound Dropouts from time to time. if you bring the GUI up again the sound dropouts dissapear. you have to use the plugin for some time in some sessions saving the sessions and load them back to make the bomb explode for the first time. after that its there all the time when you load a session and dont load the GUI of the Xvox plugin.

try change the setttings like UI Scale or Oversampling rate. The plugin will generate a snapshot file on Music/Cradle/The God Particle folder. In the snapshot there's a line :

disableLicenseCheckTEMPORARY = false,

(it could mean the plugin status is enabling license check, and the snapshot file is just its current status)

I once changed it to "true" and it still bombing. lol

but no loud noise burst on those at least on my end, use it everyday without fail. I mix into that everyday. black screen once in a while. I remove and add back occasionally, everytime I tweak em, it becomes a habit.

I say this to you, in all sincerity, not to be ungrateful, hurtful, unappreciative, or mean-spirited. On this site, under the names TCD and Cubeadooby (which I understand are the same group) there's been roughly 35 releases over the past week. Unless your group has so many people in it that you're doing your work out of a warehouse the size of a Tesla factory, it's just not possible to properly and thoroughly test that many releases in a single week.

As someone who has been around the scene for a long, long time, I respectfully suggest to you, release less, test more. IMO, you will see great personal rewards and appreciation in adopting such an approach.

Yeah, I like it when there's always new release everyday, not every single one of them problematic, most are fine but some of the cool ones are broken. Up to this day, I havent tested the Xvox plugins, most Nuro Audio, I'd very much like to test them but feedback saying it's broken so still waiting for a proper version.

Anyway, for anyone wondering, keeping The God Particle (this version) on minimize state without opening the GUI is working without a problem for 4 hours. The problem only occur when the GUI is open. Need to make a habit of tweak, save as preset, remove add it back, load the preset if you need to tweak it all the time. Saving, recall, render works fine 100%, I've tested them. Don't forget to add some simple lightweight limiter doing nothing just brickwall at 0db at the very end of the chain to protect your speaker if you are using warez. So far among 5000 recent plugins on this site, this plugin is the only one that burst loud noise but you'll never know.

Synths are working in FL21 no noise but god particle and spirit is indeed blacking out after reloading a session forcing me to reload the plugin and lose settings. Cleaned everything before installing offline also website added to host file before launching.

thats not true. fabfilter does (did) the same thing. check some older r2r nfo for more info on this. and i vaguely remember that i read about two or three others with the same behaviour of bursting loud noise as part of the drm..

Fabfilter was like 3-4 years ago until R2R released the Signature checker, but that isn't a loud burst, just white noise at -6db which is tolerable and not really harmful, it not sudden, fade out and in, just like most other product in demo.

Why do you guys think R2R hasn't relased this yet? because they have a policy to only release stuff that's actually working. very very rarely they miss something. So the fact they didn't release this is they probably couldn't figure out the timebomb yet. Apparently it's pissing contest between groups, at least from TCD's part, because it seems they're even dare mocking R2R in their nfo, IIRC.

ty tcd for the bundle 😍🤟 It is unfortunate some of them have been dangerous or problematic for some configurations.

If you must try these Cradle plugins have some headroom and a safety limiter or two after the plugin while evaluating. You would not know you have a problem until you install and use it on your computer and DAW(s). Take the risk, if you dare!

Share your OS and DAW if you get an issue with a plugin, it could help someone with a similar setup, or they may be able to help you.

If you we don't like it, we should just ignore and not talk about it. Also them trying to mock R2R is foolish and arrogant, ironically them Indians are breaking more code than solving it. If R2R mocks anyone it's reasonable cause keygen is always king, but not the other way around.
