Works. I downloaded and installed the retail installer, then ran patch command. Perfect!

wow you guys really couldn't wait ha? I almost updated intel Ventura 13.6.3 but knowing that sometimes the gui be messing up even in installing the v4 combo inst i figgered to wait but it would be cool if this version would be accessable for intel
