Does anyone have access to the Tone Exchange section? OK, there are artist packs but the full potential of the plugin can only be used with the Tone Exchange.

This frequently shows the login screen in Reaper (Win7 & Win10)-- VST2 doesn't really work at all, but VST3 does, then after a while, it goes silent (reverts to login screen when re-inserting the plugin). Only fix is to close Reaper, re-open, and then the plugin is good again. Anyone else?

I can't get the R2R one to work at all. Login screen. And I believe I set my hosts file correctly, also-- my Reaper is offline (firewall blocks the program .exe, plugin host 32 and plugin host 64 .exes). This one works, but frequently shows the login screen. Don't know what I'm doing wrong.
