I guess you're talking of some old or home-made/modded libraries.
You can fix this if you're using bobdule's release (or r4e's 7.1.3) but it's not a trivial thing.
Basically you have to modify or make a new nicnt according to slightly different rules than in previous versions (Kontakt <6.7 )

Most official and not very old libraries have also even more different new nicnts, but those should be covered by the r2R Kontakt manager.

Standalone doesn't work for me. Only as vst3 Plugin in my Studio One

rev4 works in standalone for me and vst3 as well, seems like the GUI issue is fixed as well with previous libraries. I just replaced the .exe and the vst3 and opened up standalone first. It opened no problem. Loaded a newer library such as duet and it works fine. Previously, in vst3, the GUI from the NI Play series libraries were scrambled and all over the place. It worked before in Maschine and KK no problem but not entirely in vst3 nor standalone. This rev4 does work for me however.

I'm getting "License Type: Demo / Serial Nº: ???" on standalone and in VST3. Can anyone tell me what could have gone wrong?

It's very likely sure you didn't get to patch properly the .exe and .vst3 files with the bobdule's patcher.

The patcher converts/unlocks the trial version into the full version.

I did, and got the "Patch complete" message, but after that I open Kontakt to check and it's still on Demo. It was all good on bobdule 7.0.11, and now I updated to this one and I can't get it working properly. Do I need to delete any folder or files before trying again?

in show custom library and samples export option.

the last demo +??? issue was related to no native access.

Hi, I have installed Native Access, I evew saw they made "Native Access 2"??? both installed but not opened, and I still have the demo problem, any tips on folders to delete and try to reinstall or something? thanks in advice!

Edit: Im on Win 10 Reaper 6.59 (plus standalone is on demo mode too)

Many libraries that had no problem in 7.1.3 version now are in DEMO mode.

I had version 7.0.11 from you and when I upgraded to 7.2 some of my libraries like Zero_G_Simulacrum and Sonorous turned to demo. I have tested versions and the one that works except 7.0.11 is the 7.1.3 from r4e. All other versions including R2R and yours seem to have the exact problem. Is it just me?

The standalone opens great. When I attempt to open the vst3 in Komplete Kontrol v2.9.1 it crashes KK with no error message. I had to install Kontakt Player 7 first, open the vst3 in KK then installed Kontakt 7.2.0 Rev4 and patched it to even show up in Komplete Kontrol. What do I need to do to get it to work in Komplete Kontrol? Anyone else seeing this behavior?

Aha!! You HAVE to install the AAX plugin as well as the vst3 to get it to work in Komplete Kontrol! Once I reinstalled and included the AAX plugin and ran the patcher then it worked in KK standalone and within my DAW (Cubase 12.60 on Windows 11). Hope this helps any others having issues.

For those having problems with the "demo mode" after patching kontakt, in my case its had to do with the native access.xml.
Check in "%COMMONPROGRAMFILES%\Native Instruments\Service Center\" if you have the .xml. After that it works perfect.
bobdule, is there any chance you add latest native access in the patch? Thx :)

Hello, I'm new to this, I've patched it, opened it in my Daw, that's fine, But how do I add libraries to it ? Do I follow "legit" guides as if I had the legit version ? Do I have to still download Native access ?
