Which samples is it missing? It seem to be working fine one a couple of presets I tried. Granted, I haven't compared it with the Arturia installer, file for file, something that I have done in the past for other VR releases, out of necessity.

CMI V from this VR release does have a problem saving new presets and toggling the "liked" status. But that's about par for course while installing to ProgramData as the "3rd folder" in the VR installer screen. File permissions need to be manually changed etc. for saving to work.

Vocode V is also seemingly working fine for me, just with the base installer from this pack. Meaning no GUI errors or any complains about missing any files. And so does Emulator II. I've installed this on a clean Win 7 OS, which didn't have any Arturia stuff before.

I'd be weary that you have either a hardware or software problem (like anti-virus lag causing failed writes during installation) because this release installs a very large number of small files (some 360,000). The Defender AV of Windows 10 is somewhat famous for that kind of problem, e.g. it slows down Supercollider startup from 2-3 seconds to 25 or so... Some programs have timeouts and abort writes in such insane lag conditions. I don't know if VR's installer is anything like that though.

Oh, and one final thing I remembered: I don't let VR installers do their thing and split the installation to a different drive because I've experienced "extra" bug with that in the past. Basically, the installer is supposed to put enough symlinks for all products installed from ProgramData/Arturia to the folder given in the 3rd spot in the installer screen (hey the installer UI is in Ukrainian). But sometimes it fails to do that, so while the files are installed, not all the folders than need be symlinked are so. So, in my experience, despite Gordon (of VR) calling users dumb for installing everhing in ProgramData, it's better to move out stuff manually later; that way you can be sure you've created all links you need.
