plini, nolly and omega all feel and sound pretty good

My order of preference
Granophyre > Plini > NMLS > Nolly

Major issue with Surrey is latency....it's shit. Even on the most high-end systems it's ridiculous. Depending on how one wishes to use it will determine their experience dramatically, it's not even debatable. What is debatable is me being off topic for this thread so I'll stop. Regards.

After using for 3 months al aviable Neural DSP, trying to find the best tone, i ended up recording high gain metal tone with: Nembrini Audio NA 8180 and Nembrini Audio BST100 V2 . On the other hands, the best for lead guitar is Neural DSP - Archetype Plini, especialy for the pedal time efects. All Neural sound good in solo, but not in a mix. This is my opinion.
I'm much obliged!

in a mix I really like brainworx/plugin alliance, but they are not the best to "play"

the fact that you want people to listen and guess in a blind test what is what shows that you didn't get it at all. Only the one playing will feel the difference dude, listeners cant feel anything as they are not attacking strings!

these sims sound very good actually, even thought they all sound pretty similar overall (I feel somewhat the same about neural's) and also, they sound nothing like the amps they are supposedly emulating.

That being said they do have that "feel" that neural dsp has. They are extremely responsive to pick attack, you can really dig in.

quote by 4ccAre you Surrey? From what is mentioned here I'd take Gojira without blinking, you are the placebo. But it seems you all haven't tried Acustica Surrey. Please do not talk about amp sims if you haven't done that

just checked for that one on youtube, sounds very interesting! have never heard about it. because if it does not exist on this site then it does not exist to me. the question is where in the fuck i can find it ?

It's the IR that changes the character of your tone. The amps character relies on Gain Stage and EQ character. ML Sound Lab sound great for what they are aiming for.....This all changes of course with the IR. Thank You Very Much Again V.R. Great Job!

Well ... i tried all this amps (i love the ark) and i can say that this amps are great ... but Neural' ones are on another level ... no dubts about this.
I think that only tonehub (it uses a technology similar to kemper) can (maybe men ... maybe... because Soldano, Granophyre and Gojira are really amazing ... ) ousts king Neural.
This bundle works good on win 10/ cubase 11

Very dissapointed. If you want a real deal get Neural DSP plugins or STL Tonehub!

VR should upload a rev2 version of this, man this release has ear r*pe bugs or its their protection,if you use the Ml5 on the first channel - select a preset and then flick the switch on the 1st channel with gain on max it will tear your ear drums, this overly clipped signal doesnt happen if you play on the presets and if you change the parameters then say good bye to your ears..

added to that standalone version doesnt work(for me) except ml bass

Some form of brickwall limiter on the master is always a good idea to prevent ear damage. Learnt a lesson when my guitar cable bended a weird way on the audio interface.
