Crashes Logic Pro X 10.4.4 so far on Sierra 10.12.6
AU is just fine in legit Ableton Live 10.06

Edit - my bad, this is working just fine in Logic Pro X 10.4.4 on Sierra 10.12.6 and not crashing it after restart. My bad, thank you!

Hi Ruslan Logic 10.4.2 on sierra 10.12.5 keeps crashing each time i got to the plug in manager and Logic pops a window saying the 'plug-n may require and update'. Logic's plug-in manager just says Melodyne and ARA (4.2.1) crashed validation. I have clean uninstall and reinstalled over 4 times. It works stand alone and in Ableton. Do i need to use Teamviewer to Fix it? It says to update but there is no update available when on the weblink. Please let me know if u have a solution.

Working perfectly after I meticulously went into the library and deleted every file related to the previous version of Melodyne. Thanks for this!

I have a couple of questions about this release:

1. I have Melodyne 4.1.1 already installed. Do I need to uninstall it before installing this release?
2. Does this release installs everything (app, plugs, etc.)?, or do I need to have Melodyne 4.2.1 previously installed before installing this patch release?

I would appreciate some input to get this cleared!

I didn't need to uninstall the 4.1.1 version I already had in my Mavericks mac. I just started my computer, installed your patch release, and rebooted. As far as the stand-alone and the AU plug-in, it works flawlessly (I'm not using vst or dpm).

RTAS doesnt work with any of the suggested solutions (Pro Tools 10 on MacOs 10.9).

Unfortunately it doesn't want to work ;-( I re and de - installed it now 3 times (plenty of restarts inbetween and always deleting any and every file that had the word Melodyne or Celemony in it). The app itself seems to work but logic crashes and crashes. I'm at the end of my wisdoms! What do I do wrong - hints an such very much appreciated!

Same thing again. The stand-alone app works (so far) - Logic crashes hard. But anyways, thank for trying to help!

Just in case you have't tried..... I had the same issue and after Logic Crashed the validation I just went to the Plug-in Manager and selected the Melodyne and Melodyne (ARA) and ran the Reset & Rescan Selection..... Everything working.
