Using "io" Live 9.6 Suite : have Live Preferences (licenses maintenance tab) dialog just after OSCiLLOT installation. I've closed this dialog, then open OSCiLLOT (or its based instrument) from Browser Content pane > Packs > OSCiLLOT by Max for Cats..), for me everything is working fine. No message you've mentioned. Live is blocked in W7 firewall (like other DAWs & standalone apps I'm using, even legit!). EDIT: tried to close Live, open again, retry, working fine.

Ok i restarted Live, And it works now but the plugins load extremely long.

Loading the Dual Wave X example in Live 11 reports OSCiLLOT version 1.1.1 not 1.1.4 as claimed in the nfo. https://imgur.com/a/L7pbioK (It also directs to a non-working update page for the latest version, but that's another matter.)

I was also skeptical of the nfo version claim because OSCiLLOT 1.1.2 was released sometime in Dec 2016, based on the youtube announcement on the official Max for Cats channel, but this DVT release is from Feb of that year.

And alas none of the OSCiLLOT 1.1.1 patches seem to wrok in Live 11. I tried a few, but even though they load, they make no sound and print various errors to the Max console about conflicting paths and packages with the Max 8 distrol https://imgur.com/kqks61X

The link is still working, but the file itself seems to be corrupted. (The data seems to be corrupted, so I can't install it.)
