Thanks, but these are not visible in my signal browser. I have signal 1.0. I have the same problem with cinematic expansion.

I clicked " ? " button top right and then it explains that you have to click SCAN then double click SCAN if you add something, just as Undercova says, thank you. Still scanning 5 minutes already, it seems it scans over and over, so I stopped it, it says initializing...

Okay here how u install these:
Copy the Signal folder inside the snapshot folder (in the Expansion) into the follwoing path (if not there already just create a folder) :
▪ On Mac OS X: Macintosh HD/Users/Your Name/Documents/Native Instruments/User Content/Kontakt/
▪ On Windows:C:\Users\Your Name\My Documents\Native Instruments\User Content\Kontakt/

so you got f.e C:\Users\Your Name\My Documents\Native Instruments\User Content\Kontakt/Signal

-copy the files of the Signal Meta Data (Expansion) into your Signal Meta Data folder (Original Library->Data)
-copy the files of the Signal Presets (Expansion) into your Signal Presets folder (Original Library->Data)
Done??? Great....
Open Kontakt->Load Signal ->go to Presets inside Signal and hit SCAN
Click the ‘—SCAN—.nka’ at the top of the Pulse Instruments list (take about 2 minutes)
Presets should be now inside Signal
Have fun

Nop... doesnt work for me. It scans and I can see files while being scanned, but the loop never stops and presets do not show up :( can you give use the full path for the snapshots folder - the last folder in path, which actually contains snapshot files? Thanks.

Was having this problem yesterday...a little tricky...you need to change the SCAN.nka file..
there's supposed to be three spaces before it but windows doesn't like that so
you have to force it.

Find the location of your Signal library and open command prompt as admin (I used my E: drive as an example)

In Command prompt type

REN "E:\Kontakt Libraries\Output Sounds - Signal\Data\Signal Presets\--- SCAN ---.nka" " --- SCAN ---.nka"

(The last quote in the command should have " then three spacesSCAN ---.nka)

REPLACE THE E:Kontakt Libraries with your OWN library directory and hit enter and go back into Kontakt and rescan. If it doesnt work the first time, check you SCAN.nka file in data>signal presets folder to see how many spaces the ---SCAN---nka file has.

Okay....
Go into the Expansion Pack ->Snapshots->Signal and copy the "Glow" folder into
▪ Win: C:\Users\Your Name\My Documents\Native Instruments\User Content\Kontakt/Signal or
▪ Mac: Macintosh HD/Users/Your Name/Documents/Native Instruments/User Content/Kontakt/ Signal

if the ->User Content\Kontakt/Signal folder isn't there just create it

▪go back 2 the Expansion Pack folder go to Data ->Signal Meta Data and copy all files in this folder into *D:\Kontakt Libraries\Output Signal\Data\Signal Meta Data/

▪go back 2 the Expansion Pack folder go to Data ->Signal Presets and copy all files in this folder into *D:\Kontakt Libraries\Output Signal\Data\Signal Presets/

*D:\Kontakt Libraries ->is only my path for the Signal library u have to take the path where u saved the library

▪Open Kontakt->load Signal->Presets->Scan (left corner of Preset window)->Click the ‘—SCAN—.nka’ at the top of the Pulse Instruments list

Scanning it now with no success.. I just copied all.nksn files into named folders, and copied folders themselves. Im highly experienced user so there is no mistake. Here is my path:

C:\Users\MyName\Documents\Native Instruments\User Content\Kontakt\Signal\Cinematic

and snapshots .nksn files in cinematic folder... :(

I placed all the files in the proper directories per your isntructions..... it just keeps scanning.... will these work with Signal V1?

Did this and it appears to wokr, but when I do the scan it just initialises/scans over and over and over and over and never stops. ONly way I can stop it is to click the "x" but the Cinematic/Glow still don't show up in the preset list.

Hello everyone, here`s how it works on Mac, PAY ATTENTION!

First, make correct path to snapshots by pressing the tool symbol in the upper left corner, then click on "Instrument Options" on the left. Pop up box will appear, you choose "Snapshots" and then you press "show" or "create", dont remember what it says. You will have to create a path, remember this, default is "x/documents/native instruments/user content/signal/signal"
Place cinematic and glow snapshot folders into this folder, and the rest as explained by Undercova above and do the scan!

Press toolbox symbol again to go back. Then press the camera symbol on the upper right side (to the left of the solo/mute/ buttons), the snapshot menu will show up underneath where it says "Signal", click on the arrow and you are good to go.....

Thanks to the provider(s) of these presets!

I just tried this on Win8 ... and it works! Thanks!

Ok.
It works but
A. You don't get a scanning conformation and
B. You don't know where to look, on Kontakts condensed interface, to access them.

Here's the long and short of it.

Scan for a cycle because it will just keep looping. Close that process from the "x" upper right. And like Gorri said, look up at "Kontakt's" actual Interface, to the right of Signal's name and select the camera icon on the right and Kontakt's will access
"Snapshot" view. Underneath the installed instrument name Signal will be blank
but if you look it has switched to camera view and is a drop menu if you just click on to it. Voila! There are you're installed Expansions, once you actually click on it.

The presets are snapshots, I guess this is because Signal does not have a folder structure re presets. Signal`s original presets makes 500, with 2 exp. we are up to 727! The Snapshot solution is smart because otherwise we would drown in presets in the preset window.

Actually, I think if you just put the presets in the right folder, you dont need to scan, just load the snapshot, it`ll know where to find the preset.

Latest news re scan:

Rename: --- SCAN ---.nka" to"xxx--- SCAN ---.nka" (x=space)
(with 3 spaces before the "-" instead of one as written on their website)

Then do the scan, I got it working...
