I love vintage analog reverbs. And i love plates. Only way to be REALLY close to oryginal in ITB world is Nebula for now. So i try to sample best reverb on planet in best possible way :)

I`ve found beautifull and modified gold foil / plate unit - so after long testing sampling and tuning new VNXT reverb is ready! This is sampled with highend PrismDream converters 96kHz.

Its VNXTe240 !!!


Two versions - one clean and one with oryginal internal 12db 100Hz filtering. After that filter reverb reacts really differently so thats why its different program.

One version is about 2GB data and as always is for full commercial Nebula users only!

Its sampled 96kHz only but because of great internal Nebula convertion is Really no problem. Still converters and programing sounds best at 96kHz for me so reverb simply sounds better sampled (and even converted) this way. Please read manuals. This time no free demo but this is no compromise CPU heavy reverb.

yeah dude, is def worth it, use bluecat to oversample it. Hard to beat this plate, the old EMT 140 is denser and amazing too.

i am against reselling of nebula 3rd party library's. They don't make much as it is and we will loose them if we wont support them.

Just loaded his up and it sounds awesome. I already had the VNXT 140 plate, now this sits right next to it and they are a great team. The skin works perfectly, totally easy to get working because it already has the setup file as well. Great skin. THANK YOU ARCADIA, I can't wait to see what is next, you have me checking first thing every morning. This one is a treat. Someday I would love to get a couple of those TimP plates. I have never tried any of his reverbs but I have heard good things about them.

Someone once said that Nebula was not good with Reverbs and delays... well I think he spoke without hearing this one, in my opinion it sounds perfect, the sensation is real, does anyone here know of other units to compare?

Cupwise : plates of legend. There are 3 volumes. I have volume 3 which is included in the 3rd party external libraries bundle on rutracker. It may be on here as well, haven't checked. Also the STN 480 is nice. AITB E.A.R I reccomend as well. There are plates in the "Additional Spaces" volume which is posted on here and in the aforementioned bundle. AITB = Analog In The Box

thank you very much for your help! I still have some doubts to resolve, but I'm going to try them, I think Nebula is a great leap in quality in the final process.

A few days ago I saw a video on YouTube, a guy used metaplugins together with Nebula, and thus simplified the process of recreating the path that the audio travels in the Studio. But that's where I have doubts. I hope to learn the curve...

does anyone else have issues with the skin working properly?
it loads OK but the Dry, FX, Harmonics dials don't work.. keep flicking back to zero.

same here. somewhat common issue with 3rd party nebula libraries. Some skin programmers/designers are better than others. But I even run into this from time to time with "Azzimof" skins and they are considered to be one of the best to ever do it. you might find some workaround tweaks posted on the gearspace (what once was the much better named gearslutz) forum by more knowledgeable nebula users. I would advise against going too far down the tweak rabbit hole as most 3rd party developers bake the necessary performance tweaks into their skins. However, that's pertaining to performance like led speed, buffer rate. etc. and not knob issues. If you do find anything you find useful for the knob glitches, I'd appreciate a pm letting me know what worked.

i had another go at it tonight and now it's ok.. Innitially i re-installed (copied) all the files but didn't rename anything.. tested it worked first, then discovered some vectors were missing which i included and it was fine after that. then renamed the Setup and it was all ok from there. just don't forget to delete delinquent .dll files from you VST folder and in my case using S1 i had to do reboots rather than re-scans to competely remove them & make sure it didn't try and load the old .dll's. So the skin in this case is def ok.

thanks for this response, I followed your directions and it's working for me now. I think I must have missed a vector as well. If anyone is reading this, disregard my earlier post about this being a "somewhat common issue". I'm going to redo the other couple setups I was having problems with and pay better attention from now on. Nebula deserves close attention and a double check. It's one of my faves!
