well what I did is:
Press the hamburger menu -> load fxp -> save and then it's saved in the my presets section.

However, I really wonder if it will be deleted once a new version of the vst will be installed, I am pretty confused as the presets.db contains them ..

These are FXP files and they are supported only in the very latest verion of Shaperbox. 3.5.2
You can export them anywhere you want and load them from the hamburger menu = Press
