Know that there are IR loaders for different types of emulation. Guitar Cabinets, Reverb emulation such as the EMT 140 or 250 and other effects. Great thing is that I've also got the emulation of the EMT's running on my Universal Audio devices. It's so much fun to hear the difference, great (h)ear(ing) training. The world of IR's is something that amazes me and I'm really thankful that this is shared here on Audioz. Hope this helps to get you pulled into the world of amazing things. If you aren't a guitar player, just buy one cheap and plug it in with a TR instrument cable. Fire up IK Multimedia stuff but also the apps I peeplinked. It's an instant fun starter.
