No presets in there, just a midi file and three images.

oui c'est un fichier midi que vous envoyer au virus et qui contient 100 preset... donc il y a bien des preset dedans, regarder des vidéo tutoriel pour l'installation

It's a MID sysex file with presets. You load it into a DAW and send to your Virus over MIDI.

Or load it into Osirus or some other Virus emulator from the preset browser.
