I think this singer in the demo needs some anti-flu capsules. Or a good visit to the toilet.

How do you use this in a daw in vocals please?

Load it into a convolution reverb, or IR loader, like convology or something.

However, if you are using this on your voice, then you are probably recording your voice with another microphone, first.
In this case, the impulse response from your microphone, would be added together with the impulse response from the C12, so it wouldn't actually sound like a C12 - unless you have a microphone with a perfectly flat respone (but i dont think perfectly flat mics exist)

If you used this IR on a source that was not already recorded with another microphone, then it would be more accurate to the C12's behavior.

Every source needs be recorded with a microphone. I guess that this will color the sound of your mic like a mask so blend to taste if this IR fits the sound in a mix. Perhaps use it on an auxiliary part such as a vocal harmony if you are using the same microphone to record the lead vocal, or vice-aversa. Each microphone has it's own self noise so it might add up. I've never used a microphone IR so I can only assume.

Not sure if anyone need it, but I found this while I was searching for something else.

It makes no sense to say you’re not good at it. It’s like saying, “I’m not good at being a monk.” You are either living as a monk or you’re not.
