Ti presets sounds good on Virus Rack XL rom

All Virus B/C presets should work with Osirus.
Some C patches might not be fully opened with B rom. For example, Incubation v2 bank, preset called 101 Bypass..... It is very different sounding with C vs B, same on hardware,because different filter modes. It is rare, but sometimes it is obvious effect on sound, mostly it is same

Yes, I haven't tested properly if they sound the same but the TI version loads fine on Viper.

It only took me 10 seconds to test it for myself ;)

Latest version of Viper can import MID files but cracked Viper is early version and cant import MID files.
