Osirus DSP56300Emu - Galaxpel Skin-MOD "GalaxGrey" [FREE] screenshot
AudioZ only | Skin | 5.15 MB
Variation of the Galaxpel Skin for Osirus (dsp56300 emulation)
Recolored and minor tweaks
Created with and for version 1.2.29

INSTALLATION/USAGE:
on Windows:
- if there isn't one already, create a subfolder "skins" in the parent folder your VST is located in
- unzip and place the folder "GalaxGrey" into that folder
- then in Osirus right-click the GUI and select "VirusC_GalaxGrey.json" under GUI skin

I can't tell you much about the first steps on macOS or Linux, since I don't have a clue where things are located and so on.
But I'm sure most of you would figure that out.

PS: the file size limit and the conversion to .webp is terrible for the quality of uploaded screenshots. originals are inside the pack, and you can see one here and another one here

this looks very cool.

a mini version without multi parts on the left would be ace.

can you post it to their discord? there is a skin forum.

this would probably require a lot more effort than what i did here. i'll look at it.

only been on the discord once and quite some time ago. wasn't aware they have a skin section there. guess i have to take a visit, thanks for the hint.

1. i cant tell how much offer is needed to throw away the multi panel on the side, hope it can be done fast.

2. this would be very cool. Also important for the future if there are coming more changes to Osirus.

Again great Skin.

damn, that's the reason why i haven't been on discord for a while, and it's getting worse and worse. it's now required to verify via phone number
even for a guest account that only wants to have a look and can't leave a comment or anything? that's f***d up. not sure if i'm doing that, if i can't find a working fake nr.
are they becoming fakebook or what?

they had a problem with bots, spaming nitro and crypto spams. i guess they added phone verification to make auto creation of accounts harder.

yea they surely got reasons. i was just angry that moment.
first i couldn't use my regular account (email issue + phone verify), and then i couldn't even go there as a guest.
the people who force them to do this are the real ones to blame here.

INSTALLATION Mac

It's the same as with Windows. Create a folder called Skins inside the same folder as the vet & the ROM file the place the GalaxGrey in the Skins folder.
Then right click on the GUI & select "VirusC_GalaxGrey.json" VOILA
There you have it. I didn't know about the blue skin. I prefer that one.
However thanx for the share Schmendrick.

Nice skin! There's an underappreciated quality to less distracting GUI's, in general, these days. The original is still great, this is just a nice option to have when you want a neutral visual influence while working. Thanks Schmendrick

i can underline everything you said there.
i like the original on its own, but when working with it for quite some time it can get a bit arduous to look at it. especially at night or when the room is dark. some colors/elements are just too bright, at least to me.
and this applies to quite a number of guis. so i'm finding myself pretty often making "dimmed" versions of plugins i use a lot.
