These will not load on a Montage. They need to be converted. Does anyone know how to convert these to load on a Montage? I think it may take someone loading these on their Motif and then saving them as a library that can load on a Montage.

You can convert the non-sample based ones (like this one) with the aid of the Motif XF editor - follow the instructions at the bottom of this page. https://it.yamaha.com/it/products/music_production/synthesizers/montage/compatibility.html

Thanks for your response. I downloaded the ES editor and the XS editor and this does not work. You need an All Files (.W7A) or All Voice Files (.W7V) to open in the MOTIF ES Voice Editor or you need a .W7E file to open in the MOTIF XF Editor in order to save as a .X3E file which can finally be loaded into a Montage. None of these Yamaha Voice banks recently uploaded have any of these files.

Any ideas? There has got to be a way.
