None of the files are down. The problem with uploaded.net is that, it is a pishing page between peeplink.in and uploaded.net. And that's why Real-Debrid or Linksnappy do not work. However, you can download it as a free / Premium user if you are not worried about pishing sites. Rapidgator are also up? But if you use Linksnappy, it works very unevenly from LS side. But the link is fully functional for all?! Linksnappy from time to time...I Downloaded the Rapidgator file from Linksnappy as for 211116 - 02:10 Standard European Time.
