Installation guide:

1. Drag the user patch library (soundset), which comes as a MIDI file (check the Virus Ti soundset folder – file ending with .mid) into the following folder:

– On MacOS X /Library/Application Support/Access Music/Virus TI/Patches

– On Windows С:My DocumentsAccess MusicVirus TIPatches

Virus Control will recognize the new library next time you open it.

2. Run your DAW (or Virus Control Center) program like Logic, Cubase, Fl Studio and load the Virus TI as a VSTi . You will see those banks on Virus TI VST browser.

Because we , virus owners, aren't a many as a sylenth...omnisphere2, etc owners, and releases are scarce,

Could there be a way for all the virus owners from audioz/audiosex to communicate/pm/etc, so we could all 'display' our soundbank libraries, and merge them all.

I have many virus c soundbanks, many for ti, grabbed from the internet, released on audioz, a bunch from an ukranian guy that i purchased, from a estonian forum, , i think,
+ a few others that i must have bought,
There surely are a bunch that got dmca'd and i couldn't get...

If we could join our forces, we could end up with a bunch of soundbanks we don't have. ..
I would be ok with buying a few ones, if other guys also buy a few ones...

If we are, like, 30 guys, if each one buys an unreleased library, for 15-30 bucks, we could easily get 30 new soundbanks...

Oly, do you think this is stupid ? Anyone interested ?

I think it's a very good idea.
The first step would be to know how many members are interested. This can be achieved easier by creating a thread at Audiosex and discuss it there. (without links to warez of course)

there are huge consolidated packs already out there. I have a ton. For future purchases I think it's a great idea. Now you only need Viper 1.1 and you can import soudbanks for TI and get 99% accuracy, so maybe that'll open up more doors to people interested.
