I tried loading both of these presets packs and, like my other Loom presets (and AIR presets,) it shows up where it should under the preset tab, but it won't allow me to select any of them. I've never had this issue before; any ideas why this might be? I tried a reinstall, but the problem remains.

This might solve it, Try running your daw with right click and Run as administrator.
If you are using windows 10, put user presets folders into
C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Local\AIR Music Technology\Loom\Presets
