Happening here as well. Minor thing, apparently, whoever made this pack, had this file in their Noises/Analog folder, probably moved this noise from some pack and put in the Serum factory folder.

Try the Oboom method. Create a free Oboom account. Copy the full url of the download links you want, then in your Oboom account, select "Üpload File", choose "Remote" and paste your links there. Now you can download whenever you want. I forgot what the limit is but its more than 50gb of space to use.

Vandalism is similar to many companies who make Preset packs...
They are creative, but disorganized and inconsiderate.

They don't consider that there are others who make preset packs, often don't honor the organization of the instrument on which they work and for which they sell.

Whoever decided on how to name Vandalism packs is a fucking idiot ... or an asshole.
They have that long naming bullshit that makes it difficult to use:

"Super Duper Hybrid Pooper Shocking Deep Future Tropical Trap Bounce Glitch House for XFer Serum You Know The One By That Guy Steve Duda Volume 3"
.... and then they just throw all their noises and wavetables into the main folders like retards.

In Serum, by the looks of factory folder structure and locations it was set up to have a mess once 3rd party presets were created. And its inability to have subfolders in the original was a fuckup. It's hard to believe someone who can make such a great synth can't foresee the need.
