hi guys, im having a problem here.. my system doesn't seems to find the samples for the presets.. any suggestions? im on W7 and Cubase 9

Use Steinberg Library Manager. The best way to do this, is to create a separate folder for each library. Then double click on any file you want to and if your system asks which app to use when opening files as .vstsound, choose Steinberg Library Manager. This app will do the job for you.
