I cannot get it to load even with the new SP update. Tried a re-install but just doesn't see it.

Anyone?

Seems to be that because of no installer the library will not be recognised. The obw files have not been unravelled. Therefore the library cannot be recognised without an installer.

Is this right?

the way i did was:
1 - updated ezdrummer to 2.1.8 with the update found here on audioz.
2 - put the EZX2_ModernMetal folder in the C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Toontrack\EZDrummer .
3 - put the midi folder content in C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Toontrack\EZDrummer\Midi.

Sorry Vart. Doesn't make any sense to me. There is no Toontrack folder in C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Toontrack\EZDrummer. I only use 64 bit. There is also no Toontrack folder in the Program Files\Common Files either. I store all of my libraries on external NVEM drives. I keep my Primary C drive free from large libraries, which is also NVME. It stays lightning fast that way.

Surely, it's just a matter of pointing the Software at the storage location of the library for it to be recognised. If the library has sounds that have not been unravelled with an installer, then that library is simply not going to work.

1- Do you want to install this on ezdrummer or SuperiorDrummer ? cos i kinda know how i do for ezdrummer.

2- So you have a second storage where you install your ezx's and the actual ezdrummer and/or SD ?

3 - if nº 2 is yes, then you may have a folder structure there like somepath\Toontrack\EZDrummer, which inside must have folders of other ezx's like a bunch of folders of the ezx's that you already have installed, like EZX2_PopRock or some other ezx. Thats the place you are looking for to place the EZX2_ModernMetal folder and the midi folder as i told you before.

So you must find the place where you ezx folders are, whatever place may be, and then place the EZX2_ModernMetal folder there. you could use the windows search like, lets say you have installed on you pc the PopRock ezx, then you go to the root of the drive you think you ezx may be installed and go to the search on that folder tab search and type EZX2_PopRock or EZX2_whateverEzxNameThatYouHave or EZX_whateverEzxNameThatYouHave (cos there is EZX2_ and EZX_ folders
).
You can also just search for EZX2_ or EZX_ on the windows search or in the actual drive tab search.

Works fine with Ezdrummer. Superior 2 asks for authorization. Is there a way around this?
