You can get hold of dbPoweramp for Mac which you can then use to convert the FLAC to WAV.

Tell me something I don't know, yet, why advertise it as WAV ?

Install Reaper audio it's a FREE NO LIMIT 60 day trial. Import the stems flac files and export them as Apple formats in the render list.
It is available for MAC OS X, Windows and yes it runs in Linux with Wine as well.
I switched to Reaper and have never looked back. Recently Reaper added VCA groups which this eliminates my need to carry a big ass Interface with me for live stuff. All my projects are in Reaper and all I need is a 10 fader interface since all the tracks are controlled with VCA faders setup in reaper.

Reaper supports pretty much any video file and any audio file and yes open source audio codecs like flac as well.

Reaper is the future daw and I can do things in it that Protools would grind to a halt.
