Yes, it's not working because a half of files was missed in this release.
Probably Sunny forgot to pack all WAV-files. :)
See on the site of developer. Original release has 1456 sample .wav files.
But in this release there are only 754.
Probably download from the developer has 2 parts but Sunny packed only 1 part.
Inform him and maybe he can make REPACK of this release.

I checked the wav folder... There are 1456 ssample....but when I try to load, it ask for PopSticks/Wav.

Maybe I have to download Popstick set.

EDIT::::
My mistake...... it's SNARE only (I did not understand).
Now all is ok...( RockStock with SnareCity STEREO v1.50 ..which i have)

Yes, it seems all files are in the right place (it was my mistake). But you need to resave patches.
There are details in the manual about this process... :)
