Add a second loop of the drums you re-made and some dirty effects to them. EQ it to fit the track and there you go!

By 'ripping off' other peoples work you mean sampling the drums of their respective song? I guess A LOT of people need to be sued then Phazer. As far as a 1$ donation? You really think that's worth being SUED over? Honestly? I'm not sure what your genre of choice is, but mine is hip-hop. The culture that was BIRTHED by sampling other genres of music, solely. Also, anyone with any knowledge what-so-ever knows if the break was taken from "Funky Drummer" or if it's a 4 bar kick and snare made up on an MPC.
