Thank you for the awesome share :D. Hope you won't mind if I ask this question. Can you please tell me if I need to have BFD3 to use this or does this also have midi included? Thank you for the help!

The files are in their own file format, so you can't get at the MIDI files. I'm not sure if you can export them as MIDI via BFD as I don't use it, just after the MIDI files myself.

You need to have BFD3, because it has own groove format - bfd3grv, or bfd3grv...Sadly. But in other posts I have read the question about the possibility of using the BFD grooves as the MIDI in other vst drums and conducted some little experiment. BFD3 have option - "export groove midi" and "export drum track midi", that means that you can create drumtrack from grooves that you have in BFD Groove Editor or find groove that you like and export it in MIDI. But that MIDI will not play correctly in other vst drums, because they have another drum mapping. You can edit MIDI as you wish, but...There is a way to fix it For example: i want to use some groove that i liked from BFD3 in Steven Slate Drums 4. At first, in BFD3 I click on "Load Key Map" and choose "BFD 1.5" key map, then i export groove midi (or drumtrack). Why not "Steven Slate" keymap, which was included in BFD3? Try and see! After, in SSD4 choose "map converter" and load conversion "SSD4_to_BFD". After that midi should be played correctly! For EZDrummer, Modern Drummer, Addictive Drums or Superior users: you can download at THIS link more detailed BFD3 keymaps and use it for conversion, repeating the remaining steps. Note: EZdrummer keymaps is suitable for Superior.
