    i think having links for separate parts would help people. have maybe 3-4 links for example (wav + midi & presets) or (rex + midi & presets).

    so people can choose which ever they use only instead of large 1-2+ GB collections.

    just a suggestion, hope it helps. sample magic stuff is always cool to try out.

    No, this is royalty-free. I think the license agreement is pretty standard in the sense that it is 'buy-out' not pay-per-use. Some libraries (not Sample Magic), particularly radio/TV/film production libraries are usually free to download (or have sent out to you) and you have to pay the PRS/ASCAP/MCPS etc fees when tracks are actually used in commercial projects. Those are the ones that shouldn't be offered in places like this because people, particularly non-pros don't understand the difference and could get into big trouble! As I said they are free to acquire anyway; it's when you actually use them in commercial projects that you have to pay a license usage fee.

    "How can I use the sounds?

    You may use the sounds in combination with other sounds within your musical compositions. You may release such compositions commercially without payment of any further fees or royalties for such usage. For example, if you are the original purchaser of Funky House Grooves and you used sounds from it to create the soundtrack of a television commercial, simply by combining a drum loop sample with a guitar loop sample, and the TV advert was broadcast hundreds of times, you would keep all the royalties that the advert earns you, because you already purchased a private license to use the sounds commercially. You cannot use the sounds in isolation (i.e. when not within musical compositions) as part of a commercially released project - for instance you cannot use the sounds to make another sample product."
