IMHO. No, not really. Bought BWS on day one and only ones i installed the libraries. Then after fresh install i didnt anymore)
BUT: if you dont like the sounds, its a good way to check what the possibilities are of all the devices and modulators, so worth the download? In that regard i say yes!

I only use bitwig for creating drums and ideas etc, then I Export everything into ableton.
