Glockenspiel with a Raw and Colourful Sound KONTAKT

Jonathan’s Glockenspiel was created by composer and sound designer Jonathan Howe.
It consists of 1 and a half octaves and features 7 sampled velocity layers for each note. Naturally it can play in the keys of C, G and F but some samples have been stretched to give you the full chromatic scale and make it a little more versatile. These have been colored red on the keyboard so you know when you are using stretched samples.
Additionally, below the playing range you#ll find some samples of dropping the mallet which you can use for some additional realism, which brings the instrument up to 101 individual samples in total!
It also has a simple reverb on/off switch, a knob reverb size, a humanizing function which you can use to randomly detune the keys and a simple 3-Band EQ.
Last but not least the library also includes a sound design patch which uses the glockenspiel samples and transforms it into a pad-like sound.
