I've been seeing so many videos like these in my YouTube feed that I had to make one myself.
I used the Ableton 12 beta because of its cool midi-modification features so I can't give you a project file but I uploaded the MIDI in case someone wants to run their own samples through this madness:

its just a midi clip. Its for loading amen break into simpler, and playing midi notes so fast that it becomes a synth basically.

or for fl studio people just load a drum loop into slicer/slicex and drop the midi into it
